HOUSE and semi-detached RETREAT building is the perfect place for couples, families or groups of friends who will enjoy one of the most beautiful and quiet areas in Laganas. At the same time, you are only a breath away from the beautiful sandy beach of Laganas.

Our family established the Pretty Spiti brand in 2018.  We carefully maintained the unique style and character of the building. The rooms of both buildings have a distinctly individual style, and they all open onto a magnificent blossom garden.

PRETTY SPITI Holiday RETREAT is set in LAGANAS, on a beautiful Zakynthos Island in the Ionian Sea. The sandy beach is only 100 meters away, and the town of Laganas is 250 meters away. 

Each bedroom has a private entrance, 2 private bathrooms, 1 outdoor shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with an outdoor sitting area overlooking the 500-square-meter fenced flower garden. Shipwreck Beach

The most beautiful beach on Zakynthos is one of the five most photographed beaches in Greece. It consists of millions of small pebbles with the blue shades of the sea as far as the eye can see. The result is a unique-looking relic that looks as an artist has created it.

Korakonisi Island

Visit this unique natural monument! An ideal destination for explorers who love finding little hidden treasures! The formation of the rocks produces a colossal arch that reaches a depth of over 20 meters, with a small secluded bay located beneath the arch that is just overwhelming.

Marathonisi Island

Across the coast of Keri lies the island of Marathonisi (turtle island), which imposingly jewels the gulf of Laganas. The sandy beach is where the sea turtle goes to lay its eggs, which is why Marathonisi is included as part of Zakynthos Marine Park.
